Get4Card is a digital products platform offering gift cards, gaming top-ups, app top-ups, subscriptions, and other digital products.
Choose the product you want, select the required options or quantity, enter the requested information, and place your order using your available wallet balance.
Go to the Wallet section, choose your preferred payment method, and follow the instructions to add funds. Once your payment is confirmed, the balance will be available in your wallet.
Most orders are processed automatically and delivered within a short time. Delivery time may vary depending on the product and service.
Order cancellation depends on the product and its processing status. Once an order has started processing or has been completed, it may not be possible to cancel it.
Please carefully check all the information you enter before placing your order. Get4Card is not responsible for orders affected by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
You can view all your current and previous orders from the My Orders section of your account. You can also check the status and details of each order there.
Please wait for the estimated processing time shown on the product page. If your order is still not completed after the stated time, contact our support team with your Order ID so we can review it.
Refunds, when approved, are credited only to your Get4Card Wallet and are not returned to the original payment method. Wallet funds are non-refundable and can only be used to purchase products and services available on Get4Card.
Get4Card provides multiple security features to help protect your account, including email verification, password protection, two-step verification, authenticator authentication, backup and recovery codes, and Passkey support. You are also responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and should never share your password or verification codes with anyone. Get4Card is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from shared credentials, access given to another person, or failure to properly secure your account.
Get4Card supports multiple secure payment methods. Available payment options may vary depending on your location and the payment methods currently enabled on the platform.
