1. General

By creating an account or using Get4Card, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate information and must not share your password, OTP, or security credentials with others.

3. Products & Services

Get4Card provides digital products and services, including gift cards, gaming top-ups, app/mobile top-ups, subscriptions, and other digital products.

Product availability, pricing, minimum quantities, maximum quantities, and delivery times may change at any time.

4. Orders

Before placing an order, make sure that the product, quantity, account ID, username, server/region, or any other required information is correct.

Once an order has been submitted and processing has started, it may not be possible to cancel or modify it.

Get4Card is not responsible for orders submitted using incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. Digital Delivery

Digital products may be delivered automatically or manually depending on the product.

Estimated processing or delivery times may vary depending on the product, supplier, availability, and technical conditions.

6. Wallet & Payments

Funds added to your Get4Card Wallet are intended to be used for purchases on the platform.

Wallet funds are not refundable to the original payment method.

Once funds have been credited to your Wallet, they can be used to purchase available products and services on Get4Card.

7. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, the refund will normally be credited to the customer's Get4Card Wallet, unless otherwise required by the applicable payment method or law.

Refunds may be subject to verification and review depending on the nature of the order.

Orders that have been successfully delivered or completed may not be eligible for a refund.

8. Prices & Availability

Prices and product availability may change without prior notice.

The price displayed at the time of placing an order is the applicable price for that order.

Minimum and maximum order quantities may vary between products.

9. Third-Party Products

Some products and services may be supplied through third-party suppliers or distribution partners. Product availability and processing may therefore depend on the relevant supplier.

10. Prohibited Use

You must not use Get4Card for fraudulent, illegal, abusive, or unauthorized activities, including attempts to manipulate orders, payments, promotions, or platform systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict accounts involved in suspicious or abusive activity.

11. Account Security

You are responsible for protecting your account and enabling available security features such as two-factor authentication or passkeys.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.

12. Service Interruptions

We work to keep Get4Card available and operational, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical problems, supplier issues, payment-provider issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

13. Support

For assistance with an order or payment, contact our support team and provide your Account ID and/or Order ID along with the relevant details.

14. Changes to These Terms

Get4Card may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.

15. Acceptance

By using Get4Card, creating an account, adding funds, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
